Urgent call for action
Western Power on the move over New Year Break.
Unfortunately Western Power has once again shown their disregard for an
agreed community consultation, by the release of a submission paper
over the Christmas break in regards to Eastern Terminal.
Please take 5 minutes use our new wizard to write a letter to Minister Peter Collier, urging him to take action.

Carnaby's Black Cockatoo is officially listed as Endangered.
This bird occurs nowhere else in the world, except Western Australia, and most of its habitat has now been destroyed. Many of the birds we see in our neighbourhood are too old to breed, and there is a good possiblity that the Black Cockatoo will disappear from our skies forever.
Hacketts Gully is home to the Black Cockatoo and all the remaining forest should be protected, not crisscrossed and fragmented with high voltage power lines, gantries, and switchyards.
